Sample payments for a $7,000 procedure:
 12 Months No Interest* - payment would be approx. $583/month.
24 Monthly Payments**; 12.96% APR - payment would be approx. $333/month.
48 Monthly Payments**; 12.96% APR - payment would be approx. $188/month.
